This Action Plan for Priority One support under the Objective 2 NW Single Programme Document 2000-2006 has been developed and prepared by the Manchester Sub Region Partnership which covers the five local authority areas of Manchester, Salford, Stockport Tameside and Trafford. It is submitted by Manchester Enterprises Ltd as the accountable body and will cover the period January 2000 to December 2003.
